Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, we are happy to see patients without a referral.
What happens during a consultation?
The most important part of the initial consultation is to understand the patient’s aesthetic goals and expectations. We will perform a general health intake, followed by a physical exam, including objective measurements. We will then have an in-depth discussion about the procedure of interest, including the patient’s candidacy for surgery, expected results, and normal recovery period.
What if I have additional questions after my consultation?
It is completely normal to have questions following your visit. We encourage all patients to reach out with any follow up questions that arise. We are happy to answer questions either by email or by setting up a virtual or in person follow up visit.
Do you offer financial options?
Yes, we are pleased to offer financing options via our partner organization. Please ask about the different options available at your consultation.
What are the risks of my surgical procedure?
Elective aesthetic procedures are generally extremely safe. That being said, every procedure has its own specific risk profile that will be reviewed during your consultation. It is important for all patients to understand the risks before they consent to surgery, and we are always happy to address your questions and concerns to ensure you are making a fully informed decision.
How do I know if I am a candidate for surgery?
Based on our discussion at the consultation and your health history, we will help you determine what procedures are right for you.
Do you take patients who live outside Quebec?
Yes, we are pleased to welcome patients from outside the province.
